I’ve come up with ten goals for 2018 to keep me motivated throughout the year. I’m committed and dedicated to trying to meet or exceed each one of the below goals this year. I like putting these down in writing to keep me accountable. Here’s to a great 2018.
My goals for 2018:
- 1,100 Total Running Miles (764.45/1100)
- Half Marathon PR – Beat 1:58:00
- 5K PR – Beat 24:46
- Run at least 12 Races (6/12)
- Run at least 4 Half Marathons (4/4)
- Run a Race Outside of New Jersey (YES – United NYC Half, RnR Dublin Half Marathon & 5K)
- Improve Hydration & Nutrition
- Strength Train 3-5 days/week
- Core work 3-5 days/week
- Run at least 5 new races (4/5)
