2019 Goals

I’ve come up with five goals for 2019 that I’m aiming and training to hit by the end of the year. I want to focus in on these five and make a run at them. Here’s to a great 2019.

My goals for 2019:

  1. 1,100 Total Running Miles
  2. Half Marathon PR – Beat 1:58:00
  3. 5K PR – Beat 24:46
  4. Run at least 12 Races (2 Finished)
  5. Complete the NYRR 9+1 Program (2+0)
